In order to make your own menu plan, you need have low carb recieps.
Since we have a lot of low carb recipes on behealthyforum, the next thin you need to do is to choose some recipes depending from the ammount of carbs that you are allowed to take each day, which depends from the phase in which you are.
So basically what you need to do is take a piece of paper and create a daily plan for what you will be eating in the entiry day, but you should sum all the carbs from the chosen recipes and take care that the sum is not greater than the ammount of carbs that you need to take for that day.
Pick some tasty recieps, that's the only think you need to do know
