Hi I would like to introduce myself to the forum.
It is very interesting to come to new forums. I love the expirience.
I am 28 years old and I have 80 kg. I started using the Atkins diet and found this forum which is very helpfull.

It has a lot of low carb recipes which are very tastefull by the way.

There are some good stuff about the Atkins diet, especaily about begginers like myself
